(Baonghean)For nearly 14 years as the Team Leader, Mr. Le Van Hoan has had many initiatives to promote the Team movement of Quynh Dien Secondary School, contributing to making the school an excellent and strong unit for many consecutive years in Quynh Luu district. He was awarded the Excellent Leader Badge and Certificate of Merit by the Central Youth Union for his outstanding achievements in Team work and children's movement.

Mr. Le Van Hoan was born in 1975 in Hamlet 1, Quynh Dien Commune, Quynh Luu District in a farming family with 5 siblings. After graduating from the 36th course of History Pedagogy at Vinh Pedagogical University, he was assigned to work at Quynh Dien Secondary School (now Quynh Dien Secondary School) in 1999. In the first year of working at the school, in addition to teaching duties, Mr. Hoan was assigned to hold the position of Team Leader.

At that time, the Youth Union - Pioneer movement of Quynh Dien Secondary School still had many limitations because the teachers doing the Youth Union work were mainly part-time and had not been trained in Youth Union - Pioneer work.

Mr. Le Van Hoan

With the attention, encouragement and support of the school's Board of Directors and the Pedagogical Council, Mr. Hoan has built a specific action plan for each school year of the Union. From there, he has completed the team of leaders in charge of the Union's work and the Union's Command Board to be competent, enthusiastic and passionate in the Union's activities. With the knowledge he has learned in university about the Union's work and through training courses of the District Union's Council, Mr. Hoan has organized training sessions for leaders and the Union's Command Board on the Union's work. These training sessions have contributed to improving the knowledge, skills and methods of teachers in charge of the Union and students in the Union's Command Board. With the urging of the General Leader, the Union's Command Board and the school's Red Flag Team have been very active. Since then, the discipline of studying, hygiene and work, and the sense of self-management of students in the teams have changed positively.

To attract students to actively participate in Team activities, first, Mr. Hoan established the Young Pioneers Radio Station. The Young Pioneers Radio program at Quynh Dien Secondary School is broadcast during recess every Saturday. Each week, a team will send articles to the Editorial Board of the Team 3 days in advance. The Young Pioneers Radio Editorial Board of the Team will work with the Team Leader to edit and add additional columns for the radio group to read. The Team launched a young reporter competition in the school. The Young Pioneers Radio team has 12 people, divided into 4 groups: collecting articles, collecting music, compiling and broadcasting. Every week, team members and students listen to a familiar announcer who is a Team member of the school read the program live on the loudspeaker during the break time, which lasts about 15 minutes. Each program has many columns such as: weekly summary, weekly plan; learning results of classes, setting examples of good people, good deeds; Content related to the training program for Team members and songs about the Team, Uncle Ho and teenagers, propaganda of environmental protection awareness, compliance with Traffic Law, learning about the traditional history of the Party, Uncle Ho, the Youth Union, homeland... Through the Young Pioneers radio program, students have more news about the school's activities and through the results of the week's classes, to encourage Team members and students to study well, and at the same time create opportunities for Team members and students to practice better writing skills.

The Union cooperates with professional groups to organize competitions in the form of dramatization such as: Beauty of Youth, Kaleidoscope, Golden Bell. The Union launches a movement to raise fat pigs (earthen pigs, plastic pigs). At the end of each school year, all team members of the school slaughter pigs to see how much they have saved during the year. The students who save the most will be rewarded and praised by the Union in front of the whole school.

In traditional education activities, Mr. Hoan organized for the Union to take care of Vietnamese heroic mothers, give gifts to families with meritorious services, and embellish mixed gardens for families with meritorious services; advised the Quynh Dien Commune Union of Unions to organize outdoor activities to return to the source such as visiting Uncle Ho's hometown,...

With the contributions of Mr. Le Van Hoan, over the years, Quynh Dien Secondary School has always achieved the title of Excellent Strong Union of Quynh Luu district.
Mr. Hoan has achieved many outstanding achievements such as: Excellent teacher of the district for 3 cycles, Emulation fighter at the provincial level in 2008 - 2011, Excellent leader at the provincial level in the 2007 - 2008 school year, especially in 2006 he was awarded the Excellent Leader Badge by the Central Youth Union and in 2009 he was awarded a certificate of merit by the Central Youth Union for his outstanding achievements in the work of the Team and the children's movement.
