Replacing the general, President Zelensky is looking to launch a comeback attack.
(Baonghean.vn) - According to Ria Novosti news agency on February 10, Vadim Karasev, Director of the Kiev Institute of Global Strategies, said that personnel changes in the leadership of the Ukrainian Armed Forces mean that President Volodymyr Zelensky wants to attack again.

"President Zelensky, by changing generals and choosing people more loyal to his views, wants to revive the concept of military victory. According to Mr. Zelensky, everyone is fighting for the territory and Crimea" - expert Vadim Karasev emphasized.
Karasev also believes that by replacing the Commander-in-Chief, the President of Ukraine is trying to emphasize the significance of general mobilization among the population of military age. According to the analyst, the development of the situation on the front and internal opposition to President Zelensky have forced the Ukrainian leadership to choose: either to make peace with Russia, or to change the command structure, and declare the beginning of a “new stage of the war”, in order to distract society from the problems.
On February 8, President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree appointing General Alexander Syrsky - Commander-in-Chief of the Army, as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to leading Western media, the appointment of the General caused much controversy, because he was considered a close supporter of President Zelensky, but he was not popular with the soldiers, due to heavy losses on the battlefield.
After being dismissed, the former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Valery Zaluzhny, posted his first post on Telegram on February 9, noting that he currently does not hold any positions.
“I feel honored and responsible to be the defender of Ukraine, despite the fact that I currently do not hold any position,” General Zaluzhny wrote.
