(Baonghean.vn) - At 7:00 a.m. on August 28, while patrolling in Hanh Dich commune, Pu Hoat Forest Ranger Department discovered 4 subjects, all from Chau Binh commune, Quy Chau district, illegally logging in plot 9, sub-zone 59, Pu Hoat Nature Reserve.
