Another sleeper bus caught fire
At 2:00 p.m. on May 21, a 39-seat sleeper bus,License plate 18B-000.51 running from Binh Phuoc to Hanoi when reaching Thanh Trung village, Vinh Quang commune, Kon Tum city (Kon Tum province) the rear of the car caught fire fiercely. At the time of the fire, there were 13 people on the car, fortunately because the fire broke out from the engine block in the back, the passengers were able to escape through the front door.
The Fire Prevention and Fighting Police of Kon Tum Province dispatched two fire trucks, along with dozens of officers, soldiers and people around the area to participate in extinguishing the fire.
At the time of the incident, there were 13 passengers on the bus, driven by driver Vu Van Thien (30 years old) from the province.
This is not the first time a passenger bus traveling on the Ho Chi Minh Highway through Kon Tum province has caught fire. The incident is being investigated by authorities./.
