Two more architectural works have been recognized as national monuments.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued Decisions No. 4102 and 4105 on December 12th, recognizing two sites in An Giang and Ha Tinh provinces as National-level Architectural and Artistic Monuments. These two sites are: Binh My Communal House - Binh My Commune, Chau Phu District, An Giang Province, and Ky Anh Stone Fortress - Ky Lac Commune, Ky An District, Ha Tinh Province.
Among them, Binh My Temple has been recognized by the People's Committee of An Giang province as a provincial-level architectural and artistic relic according to Decision No. 285/QD-UB dated February 18, 2000.

The Ky Anh stone rampart was discovered by local people in the early 1990s. In 1993, after accessing the area, archaeologists from Ha Tinh province began conducting research and surveys. After nearly 10 years of investigation and research, in 2011, archaeologists from Ha Tinh province officially announced the discovery of the Ky Anh stone rampart at the 2011 National Archaeological Conference. In 2012, the Ha Tinh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in collaboration with the Vietnam Institute of Archaeology and the French School of Far Eastern Studies (EFEO), continued to explore and research this unique ancient stone rampart. Although there are still many different explanations, most cultural and heritage researchers in Ha Tinh province believe that this ancient stone rampart system is likely a remnant of the ancient rampart system of the Lam Ap kingdom (Dai Viet - Champa period), stretching over 30km. It was built by the Lam Ap kingdom along the Hoanh Son mountain range for the purpose of defending its border. During the Trinh-Nguyen conflict, this ancient stone rampart system was further reinforced by Lord Trinh Toan, which is why the locals still call it Ong Ninh rampart (Ninh Quan Cong - Trinh Toan).
It can be affirmed that this is a system of ancient stone fortifications built in a very unique way, with special architectural art that is not only valuable in terms of culture and history but also has high aesthetic value.
