Another newborn baby abandoned in the cold
(Baonghean.vn) - A 3-day-old baby boy was found abandoned by locals with a milk bottle.
At about 11pm on January 11, people discovered aabandoned babyat a night restaurant in Khoa Da hamlet, Hung Tay commune, so the authorities should be notified.
At the time of discovery, the baby was wrapped in a blanket with a bottle of prepared milk. No other identification or belongings were found.

After receiving the information, the Commune Police Department took the baby to Hung Tay Commune Health Station for a health check. This is a baby boy about 3 days old, at the time of discovery, the baby's health showed no signs of abnormality althoughcold weather.
“The child is currently being cared for and monitored at the Commune Health Station. The Commune Police Department has completed procedures to widely announce on mass media to find relatives as well as procedures to hand over the child to someone to take care of during the period of notice to find relatives,” Senior Lieutenant Hoang Nghia Chung informed.
Previously, on the night of January 11, a newborn baby was also abandoned along Highway 46C in Thanh Chuong district.
