30th Covid-19 infection case, also on flight VN0054
This 30th Covid-19 patient was on flight number VN0054 from London to Vietnam at Noi Bai airport on the same flight as patient number 17.
Information from the Ministry of Health on the evening of March 8 said that it had just received Covid-19 test results for a female patient, born in 1954, British, currently being treated in Hue.
This 30th patient was on flight number VN0054 from London (UK) to Vietnam at Noi Bai airport at 4:30 a.m. on March 2, the same flight as patient number 17.
It is known that before testing positive for SARS-CoV-2, the patient had stayed in Hanoi for 3 days, then traveled to Hai Phong and returned to Noi Bai to take a flight to Hue. The patient is currently quarantined and treated at Hue Central Hospital.
Thus, on flight VN0054, from the evening of March 6 to 7:30 pm of March 8, 11 cases of Covid-19 were detected, including 2 Vietnamese and 9 foreigners.
The health of these patients is stable and well controlled. Vietnam has recorded 30 cases of Covid-19 infection. 16 cases have been completely cured./.
