Another 3-year-old child died in a serious accident at Ro Bridge
(Baonghean.vn) - Due to severe injuries, Vo Van Huy (3 years old) - the victim of the accident between a truck and a motorbike at Cau Ro, Thanh Chuong district, died on the evening of February 1 at the hospital.
On the evening of February 1, information from the Emergency Department - Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital said that despite the dedicated care and treatment of doctors and nurses, Vo Van Huy (3 years old) - the victim of the accident at Cau Ro on the afternoon of February 1, died. The hospital has handed over Huy's body to his family for burial.
Thus, the particularly serious accident killed 3 victims in one family. In particular, Mr. Vo Van Tinh (born in 1985, residing in Thanh Duong commune, Thanh Chuong district) was seriously injured and is being treated at Nghe An Orthopedic Trauma Hospital with a severed leg that cannot be reattached.
At around 6:00 p.m. on February 1, authorities completed the crime scene investigation and handed over the bodies of the two victims to their families for burial.
After the accident, Thanh Chuong People's Committee provided immediate support of 5 million VND/person deceased and 3 million VND/person injured for the family to cover funeral and medical expenses.
Major Tran Van Hung - Deputy Chief of Thanh Chuong District Police said that the investigation at the scene found the truck lying on the left side of the road. The police also measured the driver's alcohol level, which was above the permitted level, 0.37 milligrams per liter of breath.
As reported by Baonghean.vn, at around 1:00 p.m. on February 1 (the 5th day of Tet), on Ro bridge across Lam river in the area of Vo Liet and Ngoc Son communes, Thanh Chuong district, Nghe An province, a serious accident occurred between a truck with license plate 37C - 062.02 driven by Mr. Pham Van Lai (41 years old, residing in hamlet 4, Hung Loc commune, Vinh city) and a motorbike.
The accident caused Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan (born in 1957, Mr. Tinh's mother) and Ms. Vi Thi Hue (born in 1987, Ms. Xuan's daughter-in-law) to fall off Ro bridge and die on the spot./.
