Another village recognized as "Village with Craft"

(Baonghean) On March 14, the People's Committee of Quy Chau district organized the awarding of the certificate of "Village with handicraft craft" in 2012 to Hanh Tien village, Chau Hanh commune.

The main products of Hanh Tien Craft Village are incense production, household carpentry, basket weaving. Currently, Hanh Tien Craft Village has 25 households producing incense, 2 households producing household carpentry, 4 households with workshops processing secondary forest products, 4 households weaving baskets..., accounting for 35% of the total number of households in the village.

The number of workers participating in the profession is 120 people, accounting for 38% of the total number of workers in the village. The average annual consumption output is about 45 million incense sticks, dozens of tables and chairs of all kinds, with a production value of over 8,946 million VND.

With the recognition of Hanh Tien Craft Village, Quy Chau district has 7 craft villages and villages with various types of crafts.
