Another Vietnamese scientist honored in Russia
Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Thach, a senior lecturer at Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport, was honored by Russia's "New Road" organization in the book series "People of our millennium".

Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Thach is the third Vietnamese person to be honored in the book series "People of our millennium".
Before him, there were two Vietnamese people honored: martial artist Luong Ngoc Huynh, head of the "Lam Son Dong" sect, and Mr. Ta Dinh Quang, a traditional medicine doctor working in Russia.
