Exam for Commander, Deputy Political Commissar of Commune and Ward Military Command in 2014

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 27, 2014, the Military Command of Hoang Mai town held the opening ceremony of the 2014 Competition for Commanders and Deputy Political Commissars of Military Commands of Communes and Wards. Participating in the Competition were 10 Commanders and 9 Deputy Political Commissars of Military Commands of Communes and Wards in the town.

The competition took place over 3 days from May 27 to May 29, 2014. For the Commanders, the competition included the following contents: Practice training in militia and self-defense combat techniques, tactical team training, developing a combat plan for security at the commune and ward levels, live firing of AK submachine guns, team command movements and political awareness; the Deputy Political Commissars competed in the content of composing and practicing political lectures for the militia and self-defense forces, and political awareness.

The competition is organized to properly assess the qualifications and abilities of the Commanders and Deputy Political Commissars of the Commune and Ward Military Commands, as a basis for drawing experience in directing and training cadres for the following years, and at the same time training practical skills for grassroots cadres, thereby enhancing understanding, learning, exchanging and learning from each other to improve the ability to perform well the function of advising the Party Committee - government and effectively organizing and implementing local defense and military work.
