Hoang Mai Town Union: Project of 200 light bulbs to illuminate rural roads

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of March 13, at Quynh Lien commune, Hoang Mai town's youth union coordinated with Quynh Lien commune's youth union to organize the installation of a signboard to deploy the project of 200 light bulbs to light up the countryside roads as part of a series of activities responding to the 2015 Youth Year and welcoming party congresses at all levels.

Accordingly, in phase 1, 100 energy-saving light bulbs will be installed on about 7 km of new rural roads in the coastal commune of Quynh Lien. The cost of each light bulb, including the bulb and wire, is 135,000 VND. This project is expected to be completed in March 2015.

In phase 2, Hoang Mai town's Youth Union will install 100 lighting bulbs in two localities, Quynh Vinh commune and Quynh Xuan ward, each commune will install 50 bulbs on the new rural roads that have been completed, expected to be implemented before August 2015, to welcome the Hoang Mai town's Party Congress. The total value of the project is to welcome the 2015 Youth Year and the Party Congresses at all levels. The value of the project in both phases is nearly 50 million VND. This is the source of funding mobilized from socialized sources and cash and working day contributions of union members and youth of Hoang Mai town.
