Imbued with Uncle Ho's teachings, the Emulation to Win movement in the Nghe An armed forces has been constantly promoted over the past decades. Each emulation to win congress is an opportunity to summarize, evaluate, and learn from the results of the movement, while continuing to develop the movement more deeply and widely throughout the army, turning the determination to compete into concrete actions of each cadre, soldier, and each grassroots unit.
The emulation congress for the victory of the provincial armed forces in the period 2003 - 2007 recently held in Vinh city was truly a great motivation and spiritual strength for the Nghe An armed forces to overcome difficulties and challenges, uphold the will of self-reliance, strive to excellently complete tasks, build the provincial armed forces strong in politics, ideology, and organization, creating a clear change in the overall quality and fighting strength of the armed forces.
