Competition to learn about legal knowledge to prevent domestic violence

(Baonghean.vn) - On July 14-15, the People's Committee of Nghia Dan district organized a contest to learn about legal knowledge about family and domestic violence prevention. There were 24 teams from 24 communes and towns in the district participating.

During the 2 days, each team will take turns going through 4 competitions: Greeting, knowledge, presentation and skit. Through diverse forms of dramatization such as singing, dancing, poetry, acting, the teams have invested carefully in cultivating knowledge as well as costumes, extras to participate in the performances in the Competition.

Through that, the Contest has conveyed basic knowledge such as Marriage and Family Law, Gender Equality Law, Prevention and Control of Domestic Violence and related knowledge on Family Law in a close, easy-to-understand and systematic way. This is truly a useful playground for teams to have the opportunity to exchange and learn, strengthen community solidarity, especially as a channel to disseminate the law to the people.

As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize to Nghia Lac Commune; 2 Second Prizes to Nghia Thang and Nghia Yen Communes; 2 Third Prizes to Nghia Hieu and Nghia Hung Communes; 3 Encouragement Prizes and 4 Consolation Prizes.
