Hoang Mai town has been established for exactly 1 year. After 1 year, the young town has had to face many difficulties and challenges. Not only lacking in facilities, equipment, and administrative apparatus, but just 3 months after its establishment, the town had to suffer a historic flood in early October 2013, causing great damage in all aspects.
