The conference listened to Associate Professor - Doctor Bui Dinh Phong - lecturer of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration convey and analyze the content of the topic "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example in 2015" on honesty, responsibility, attachment to the people, solidarity, and building a clean and strong Party".

Also at the conference, Hoang Mai City Party Committee also deployed a plan to study Resolution 10 of the Central Committee and directed key cadres to voluntarily raise their sense of responsibility in implementing the Resolution at the grassroots level.
