(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of April 30, in Cua Lo town, the Town Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee held a meeting with central and local press agencies attending the 2014 Cua Lo Tourism Festival. Attending the meeting were comrade Dinh Thi Le Thanh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee, and representatives of Lao National Television and 14 radio and television stations nationwide.

Before the opening ceremony of the Sea Tourism Festival, in Cua Lo in recent days, many exciting cultural activities have taken place, attracting a large number of people and tourists to participate. In particular, this year's Tourism Festival is associated with the program "Linking Hands to the Sea" co-organized by Nghe An Radio and Television Station. Accordingly, there are nearly 200 delegates and journalists from 15 Radio and Television Stations across the country and Lao National Television Station. The participation of press agencies at this year's festival will contribute to expanding the scope and enhancing the propaganda work on sea tourism activities of Cua Lo town.

At the meeting, many delegates raised their opinions on the issue of building tourism products and Cua Lo beach brand: Cua Lo wants to attract more and more stable tourists, it needs to have a plan to build tourism products, services and especially must consider creating a brand image while improving the quality of tourism. In addition, the representative of Lao National Television said that for a long time, tourism activities from Laos to Nghe An, especially to Cua Lo beach town, have been limited. Meanwhile, Laos is a landlocked country and this is really a very potential market.
Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Dinh Thi Le Thanh sincerely thanked the press agencies and journalists for their important contributions in introducing and promoting the image of Nghe An, the land and people of Nghe An to friends across the country. Nghe An province will continue to make efforts and pay special attention to promoting the potential and value of tourism activities, including Cua Lo beach tourism. The Vice Chairman also hopes that the propaganda agencies will continue to accompany Nghe An in general and Cua Lo in particular in the coming time.
