Cua Lo Town: Training on communication and behavioral culture

Cua Lo town has just opened a training class on cultural communication and behavior in tourism business in Nghi Thu ward.

Attending the training course were heads of socio-political organizations, tourism steering committees, block heads; representatives of hotels, motels, and tourism service businesses in the area. The delegates learned a number of contents such as: tourism development tasks of Cua Lo town and Nghi Thu ward in 2011; communication culture with tourists; direct dialogue between local leaders and groups and individuals doing tourism business; implementing the signing of commitments between local authorities and organizations and individuals participating in business not to violate the management regulations and the "5 no" policy of the town.

It is known that in 2011, the Town will organize 4 training courses on communication and behavior. The training courses must be completed before March 28, 2011.
