Attending the ceremony were comrades: Huynh Thanh Dien - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Hoang Trong Kim - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Construction; Nguyen Quang Trach - Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee, and representatives of a number of departments, branches, units and localities.

Hoang Mai town was established on April 3, 2013 under Decision No. 47 of the Prime Minister and officially came into operation from July 1, 2013. After more than 1 year of establishment, overcoming many difficulties and challenges, Hoang Mai town is currently developing continuously. The office building of the People's Council - People's Committee of the town was built in the administrative center of Hoang Mai town, in Quynh Di ward with the goal of strengthening infrastructure facilities to ensure working conditions for civil servants of the agency, contributing to the successful completion of tasks.

The project is invested by the People's Committee of Hoang Mai town with a total cost of nearly 58 billion VND, including the central budget support for newly separated provinces and districts; provincial budget, town budget and mobilization of other legal capital sources. The project was constructed by Hong Dao Construction Company Limited within 36 months, including the following items: 5-storey main office building, total area of ​​3,228 m2, floor area of ​​678 m2; 2-storey one-stop transaction center office building with floor area of ​​435 m2; other auxiliary works such as security guard house, gate, fence, garage, internal road yard, water supply and drainage system inside and outside the house, lighting power supply.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Huynh Thanh Dien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant departments and branches to create the most favorable conditions for Hoang Mai town in providing investment capital, management, supervision, and construction design. For the contractor, it is necessary to speed up the construction progress so that the project can be completed soon and put into use, meeting the working needs of the People's Council - People's Committee of Hoang Mai town, contributing to the overall development of the young town./.
