Lack of money for drinking, even slashed the owner of the restaurant
While paying the bill, Hung and the restaurant owner had an argument due to lack of money. Seeing a knife on the table, the subject slashed the restaurant owner, seriously injuring him in the head.
On the afternoon of March 16, the People's Procuracy of Cam Xuyen district, Ha Tinh province, announced that it had just approved the decision to prosecute and issue an arrest warrant for Pham Van Hung for the crime of "intentionally causing injury".

According to initial investigation results, at around 4:00 p.m. on February 9, Pham Van Hung and Nguyen Dinh Thin (born in 1989, residing in Thach Chau commune, Loc Ha district) went to Vuon Chieu restaurant (in Huong Duong village, Cam Hung commune, Cam Xuyen district) to drink beer.
At around 5:00 p.m. the same day, after finishing drinking beer, Pham Van Hung went to pay but did not have enough money, so a conflict arose with the shop owner, Mr. Le Van Vi (born in 1974, residing in Huong Duong village, Cam Hung commune, Cam Xuyen district).
During the argument, Hung saw a Thai knife on the coffee table, so he ran over and grabbed it and slashed Mr. Vi in the head, seriously injuring the victim.
After the incident, Mr. Vi filed a request to initiate a criminal case and prosecute Hung for investigation and handling according to regulations.
