On the second day of Tet, many market traders have resumed their activities. At the entrance of Kenh Bac market, people do not gather in the market but sell their products on the roadside. The products for sale are not as diverse as usual but mainly focus on some fruits, vegetables, tubers, fresh foods such as grass carp, beef, mushrooms, tofu, etc. for hot pot.
Ms. Thuan in Ha Huy Tap ward said that every year she prepares a lot of food, but because the market opens on the second day, she learned from experience and did not stock up much this year. This morning, I bought some more fish and beef for my family and relatives to gather around the hot pot at the beginning of the year.

At Hong Son Temple (Vinh City), Ms. Ha in Hung Phuc Ward and her family went to the temple at the beginning of the year and shared: The custom of buying salt at the beginning of the year and lime at the end of the year in our country is to pray for good luck and smoothness for the family. This year, I also bought some salt with the hope of a lucky and smooth new year.
