Weather November 27: Central region has very heavy rain in some places, risk of localized flooding
(Baonghean.vn) - Due to the continued influence of the cold air mass combined with disturbances of the East wind zone, today, the South Central provinces will have moderate rain, heavy rain, and in some places very heavy rain.

The average rainfall in Quang Tri and Khanh Hoa provinces will be around 40-70mm/day; in Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang, and Phu Yen 80-120mm/day; in Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, and Binh Dinh 100-150mm/day.
Today and tomorrow, rivers from Quang Tri to Khanh Hoa are warned of a flood. Flood peaks on major rivers are generally at level BĐ1-BĐ2 and above BĐ2, small rivers will rise above BĐ3.
There is a high risk of localized major floods, flash floods, landslides in mountainous areas, and flooding in low-lying and urban areas in the above provinces, especially Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh and northern Phu Yen.
