Due to the influence of the southern edge of the low pressure trough passing through the Northern region connecting with the low pressure area in the West causing the foehn effect, today (September 5) in the provinces from Thanh Hoa to Phu Yen, widespread heat continues to occur with the highest temperature commonly 35-36 degrees, some places over 36 degrees.
