It is forecasted that this afternoon (February 4), this cold air mass will strengthen in the northern provinces of our country, then it is possible that on the afternoon of February 5, the cold air will be supplemented strongly again.

Due to the influence of the cold air, from this afternoon, in the Gulf of Tonkin, the northeast wind will increase to level 5, sometimes level 6; rough seas.

From the night of February 5, in the Gulf of Tonkin, the northern and central areas of the East Sea (including the waters of the Hoang Sa archipelago) will have strong northeast winds of level 6-7, gusting to level 8-9; rough seas.

From February 6, the sea off the Central and Southern regions will have strong northeast winds of level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8-9; rough seas. Waves will be 2-4m high. Disaster risk level: level 1. Strong winds and large waves in the sea areas will likely continue until the end of February 8.
