Bad weather due to low pressure and cold air

On the evening of November 6, the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that the low pressure area that has just appeared in the South East Sea and Truong Sa archipelago is gradually getting stronger, and is likely to combine with cold air from the North to flow down, causing bad weather for the entire sea area in the South East Sea, the middle of the East Sea and especially the provinces in the South Central, Central Highlands and the South.

Meanwhile, in the North, a cold air mass is moving down to our country. From November 8, the cold air will cause gusts of wind at level 6-7 in the Gulf of Tonkin. From November 9, the weather in the Northern and Central provinces will start to turn cold with a deep cold spell, with temperatures dropping to only 15°C-18°C.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, in the North, cold air only causes showers, but in the North Central and Central Central regions, due to the combined influence of low pressure, there will be moderate to heavy rain, and in some places very heavy rain over a wide area. Therefore, the provinces in the Central region need to be on guard against another flood.
