This is a long-standing traditional craft in Tan Ky. Tan Huong molasses is famous for its sweet and fragrant aroma. Thousands of liters of quality molasses sold to the market are favored by customers near and far. Tan Huong commune currently has more than 30 families who still maintain this traditional craft and partly bring a stable income to farmers.
