Notice of road closure for Olympic Running Day Launch Ceremony
(Baonghean.vn) On March 6, 2015, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 1197/UBND-VX regarding road closures to serve the organization of the launching ceremony of the National Day.Olympic and cross country races of Nghe An province 7th time in 2015.

Considering the request in Official Dispatch No. 506/SVHTTDL-NVTT dated March 2, 2015 of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the request for permission to close the road to serve the Launching Ceremony of Olympic Running Day and organize the 7th Sacombank Cross-country Race for Community Health in Nghe An province in 2015.
The Provincial People's Committee has the following comments:
- Allow traffic diversion and partial road closure on Truong Thi Street - Vinh City (section from the red light intersection of An Duong Vuong Street and Truong Thi Street to Nguyen Tat Thanh Park gate).
Time: 8:00 to 8:30, March 22, 2015.
- Allow traffic diversion and partial road closure on Lenin Avenue - Vinh City (section from Customs Roundabout to the junction with Nguyen Sy Sach Street).
Time: 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., March 22, 2015.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism directly works with the Department of Transport, the Provincial Police, and the Vinh City People's Committee to arrange traffic control points, prohibit routes, and announce on mass media so that people know, ensure order, traffic safety, and convenient travel during the launching ceremony and tournament organization.
