At Nghe An bridge, comrade Tran Quoc Khanh, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, chaired. Attending were nearly 70 reporters from the Provincial Party Committee and district, city, town Party Committees, and affiliated Party Committees.

Regarding the propaganda orientation in the coming time, the leaders of the Central Propaganda Department suggested that Party and socio-political organizations organize conferences in various forms, and at the same time propagate on mass media the results and significance of the success of the 12th National Party Congress to cadres, party members and people, combined with propaganda to celebrate the 86th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam, celebrate the Spring of Binh Than to create an exciting atmosphere, trust among all classes of people in the leadership of the Party, achievements of the country's innovation and integration.
