Notice of contest rules: Learn about social insurance policies

(Baonghean) - Initiative to reform administrative procedures and electronic transactions in the fields of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.

With the aim of promoting administrative procedure reform, promoting information application, improving service quality for participants and beneficiaries, reducing costs, saving time for people and businesses, and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of State management in the fields of social insurance (SI), health insurance (HI), and unemployment insurance (UI), Vietnam Social Security launched the Contest "Initiatives for reforming administrative procedures and electronic transactions in the fields of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance". The Contest rules stipulate the subjects, contest content, entries, deadlines, and specific prize structure as follows:

1. Contestants

Individuals who are Vietnamese citizens, domestic or foreign organizations headquartered in Vietnam (except members of the Organizing Committee, Jury, and Secretariat of the Competition).

2. Contest content

2.1. Propose new initiatives on reforming records and procedures for implementing administrative procedures in the fields of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance on the basis of maximizing time and cost savings for individuals, organizations, and enterprises in preparing records, declaring, resolving social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance and performing electronic transactions on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.

2.2. Propose amendments and supplements to current regulations on administrative procedures, provide feasible solutions to reduce and simplify the process of implementing administrative procedures in the fields of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.

3. Contest rules

3.1. About content

Contest entries must be on the correct topic and content as specified, and must not be copied from others in any form; contestants are responsible for the origin and copyright of the contest content. Violations of the above regulations will result in the cancellation of the contest entry or the award.

3.2. About form

Contest entries must be in Vietnamese, handwritten or typed on paper or in an electronic data file and sent to Nghe An Provincial Social Security at the address:[email protected]before October 20, 2015.

In case of sending by post, the envelope of the contest entry must clearly state: “Participating in the contest for Initiatives in reforming administrative procedures and electronic transactions in the field of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance”. Address for receiving entries: Department of Organization and Personnel, Social Insurance of Nghe An province. Address: No. 04 Truong Thi, Vinh City, Nghe An.

4. Number of entries

Each individual or organization can submit multiple ideas, each idea expressed on a separate form. If there are two or more entries with the same content, priority will be given to the first entry according to the postmark or time of receiving the email.

5. Prize structure

The awards are in 5 areas including: Collection, Book - card; Social insurance policy; Health insurance policy; Unemployment insurance policy; Technology application solutions.

The award structure for each specific field is as follows:

5.1. Individual awards:

- First Prize: 1 prize worth 20,000,000 VND (Twenty million VND) and a certificate of merit from the General Director of Vietnam Social Security.

- Second Prize: 2 prizes, each worth 15,000,000 VND (Fifteen million VND) and a certificate of merit from the General Director of Vietnam Social Security.

- Third Prize: 3 prizes, each worth 8,000,000 VND (Eight million VND) and a certificate of merit from the General Director of Vietnam Social Security.

- A number of Consolation prizes, each worth 4,000,000 VND (Four million VND).

- Some other awards, sponsor awards (if any).

5.2. Collective solution:

Collective prizes are awarded to groups with the highest number of contestants and the highest number of winning entries compared to the total number of entries, including:

- First Prize: 1 prize worth 30,000,000 VND (Thirty million VND) and a certificate of merit from the General Director of Vietnam Social Security.

- Second Prize: 2 prizes, each worth 20,000,000 VND (Twenty million VND) and a certificate of merit from the General Director of Vietnam Social Security.

- Third Prize: 3 prizes, each prize worth 10,000,000 VND (Ten million VND) and a certificate of merit from the General Director of Vietnam Social Security.

- A number of Consolation prizes, each worth VND 5,000,000 (Five million VND).

- Some other awards, sponsor awards (if any).
