Notice of area code change
(Baonghean) - Starting from 00:00 on February 11, 2017, the fixed telephone area code of Nghe An province will be converted from 38 to 238.
- Parallel dialing starts at: 00:00 on February 11, 2017 and ends at 23:59 on March 12, 2017.
- The notification sound starts at 00:00 on March 13, 2017 and ends at 23:59 on April 4, 2017.
- The detailed list of area code conversions of provinces and conversion times are posted on the Provincial Electronic Information Portal according toAddress:http://www.nghean.vnOr call 1068 and 1080 for answers.
