(Baonghean.vn) -This afternoon, November 8, under the chairmanship of comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Committee continued its regular meeting in November to listen to and give opinions on draft resolutions and reports to be submitted at the upcoming 6th session of the 16th Provincial People's Council.
Attending the meeting were comrades in the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of provincial departments, branches, and sectors, and committees of the Provincial People's Council.
Comrade Ho Duc Phoc gave a speech at the meeting.
At the meeting, delegates listened to and commented on the draft resolution on the collection, management and use of the National Defense - Security Fund in the province. Next, the leader of the Department of Home Affairs presented the project to adjust and expand the administrative boundaries of Do Luong town. After listening to the delegates' comments, comrade Ho Duc Phoc concluded: expanding the administrative boundaries of Do Luong town is extremely necessary, because this is an important traffic hub, located at the intersection of National Highway 7 with National Highway 15 and National Highway 46. Currently, the area of the town is relatively small, so adjusting part of the administrative boundaries of Dong Son, Da Son, Luu Son, Trang Son communes into the town will create conditions for good implementation of planning work, good management of the urbanization process, gradually turning the town into a type 4 urban area.
Next, the Provincial Inspectorate leader reported on the draft on the allowance regime for officials and civil servants working in receiving people, handling complaints, denunciations, petitions, and reflections, and the draft resolution on the regulation of the deduction level for recovered amounts discovered through inspection work that have been paid to the state budget in the province. Regarding these contents, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Duc Phoc requested the Provincial Inspectorate to absorb the comments of the meeting participants to complete the draft to submit to the Provincial People's Council.
Also this afternoon, the Provincial People's Committee gave its opinion on the draft resolution on financial spending regime for sports competitions; special regime for mobile propaganda teams at provincial, city, district and commune levels; and the Proposal on naming streets in Cua Lo town presented by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
