Approval of the project to adjust the general planning of Vinh City

Resolution:

Article 1: Approving the Project to adjust the general planning of Vinh City, Nghe An Province to 2030, with a vision to 2050. (The project to adjust the general planning is attached).

Article 2: The Provincial People's Committee is assigned to complete the procedures and documents to report to the Ministry of Construction for appraisal and submission to the Prime Minister for approval of the Project according to regulations for implementation.

Article 3: This Resolution was passed by the 11th session of the 16th Provincial People's Council on July 16, 2014 and takes effect 10 days after the date of passage.
