How much property was recovered in the case of Mr. Dinh La Thang's intentional violation?

During the investigation of the case that occurred at the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN) and the Vietnam Oil and Gas Construction Joint Stock Corporation (PVC), the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Agency seized villa No. AD02-16 (Vinhomes Riverside ecological urban area); apartment No. 15F05, The Costa 32-34 (Tran Phu, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa); and a white Mazda CX5 car (license plate 30A-970.97).

At the request of the Investigation Agency, the Governor of the State Bank signed a document requesting credit institutions and foreign bank branches to inspect, review, and freeze the accounts and savings books of Trinh Xuan Thanh and his wife and two sons (Trinh Hung Cuong and Trinh Hung Phuong).

The Vietnam Securities Depository has reviewed and frozen securities owned by Trinh Xuan Thanh and his wife, Tran Duong Nga, and will not allow them to be transferred without a request from the investigation agency.

During the investigation, defendant Luong Van Hoa (former Director of the Vung Ang - Quang Trach Project Management Board under PVC) remedied the consequences of more than 2.4 billion VND; Vu Duc Thuan (former General Director of PVC) remedied 800 million VND; Bui Manh Hien (former Chief of Office of PVC) remedied 300 million VND.

In addition, the couple Nguyen Thanh Quynh (former Technical Director of Central Joint Stock Corporation - Da Nang Joint Stock Company) and Le Thi Anh Hoa (former Director of Quynh Hoa LLC) recovered more than 977 million VND and used more than 1.1 billion VND to pay taxes to the State. The defendant Nguyen Anh Minh (former Deputy General Director of PVC) recovered more than 2.2 billion VND.

The entire amount mentioned above is currently being held in the temporary account of the Investigation Security Agency (A92) of the Ministry of Public Security.
