Today, the Hanoi People's Court brought the defendants Dinh La Thang, Trinh Xuan Thanh and 20 other defendants to trial for the crimes of "Intentionally violating the State's regulations on economic management causing serious consequences" and "Embezzlement of property". The case occurred at the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN) and the Vietnam Oil and Gas Construction Joint Stock Corporation (PVC). The investigation results have proven and clarified the defendants' withdrawal and transfer of money to share among themselves.
