Driver Nguyen Van Bich confessed that the owner of the above shipment was Nguyen Van Dung (residing in Hac village, Dinh Ke commune).
Bich, Thanh and some other strangers together took about 96 cages of chickens (each cage had about 12-13 chickens, mainly red-brown hens, each weighing about 1.7kg), and 18 boxes filled with stinking pig brains.
All of the above goods do not have invoices or documents proving their origin, nor quarantine papers, nor lead-sealed chicken cages.

According to Bich, the owner Nguyen Van Dung has a small farm raising chickens to supply the market. In addition, Dung often collects chickens from other places to sell. Bich and Thanh were hired by Dung to carry and transport chickens, each trip paying 150-200 thousand VND.
Bich confessed that this was the second time she had transported chickens for Dung. In February 2012, Bich also transported chickens for Dung from Bac Ninh to Vinh Phuc for sale and was arrested.
The busboy Nguyen Van Thanh confessed that he was hired by Dung to carry chickens about 7-8 times from the end of 2012 until his arrest on January 22, 2013.
Currently, the interdisciplinary working group has drawn up a record of administrative violations. At the same time, all the chickens were destroyed according to the procedure.
