Meanwhile, the production and business activities of agricultural and forestry farms are not very effective, the profit on equity and the rate are low, so the land planning for investment in industrial-scale projects is a major policy of the province and an important solution to promote the economic development of the province. In order for the project to be implemented on schedule, the Party Committee, authorities, and mass organizations in Quy Hop need to actively participate, especially the relevant units need to actively mobilize and propagate to the staff, workers and laborers to create favorable conditions for handing over the site to the investor.
On the side of TH Milk Food Joint Stock Company, comrade Le Xuan Dai requested that wherever land is received, the project must be quickly implemented, and that land must not be left abandoned, causing waste, and that the project must be coordinated with relevant levels and sectors in Quy Hop district to promptly resolve difficulties and problems during the implementation process./.
