Revoking the investment certificate of the Project to renovate Area B - Quang Trung Apartment Complex

(Baonghean) - Nghe An Green Garden Real Estate Joint Stock Company was granted an investment certificate by the Provincial People's Committee to implement the Project to renovate Area B - Quang Trung Apartment Complex - Vinh City since September 2010. Up to now, the project has lasted 24 months but the investor has not implemented it. Pursuant to the Investment Law, Enterprise Law, Decree 108/2006 ND - CP and Decree 102/2010 ND - CP of the Government on detailed instructions for implementing a number of articles of the Enterprise Law, the Provincial People's Committee has decided to revoke the investment certificate for the Project to renovate Area B - Quang Trung Apartment Complex - Vinh City.
