Revoking the license of the electronic news site managed by Mr. Tran Duc Trung

Director of the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information Hoang Vinh Bao has just signed a decision to revoke the operating license of the electronic news site with Mr. Tran Duc Trung as "Deputy Editor-in-Chief in charge".

On November 19, Director of the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information Hoang Vinh Bao signed Decision No. 202/QD-PTTH&TTDT revoking the License to establish a general electronic information website on the Internet of the magazine Business and Brand with the domain name www.doanhnghiepthuonghieu.asia.vn.

Pursuant to Decision No. 202/QD-PTTH&TTDT, the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information decided to revoke the License to establish a general electronic information website on the Internet No. 145/GP-TTDT dated October 9, 2012 issued by the Department to the magazine Business and Brand with the domain name www.doanhnghiepthuonghieu.asia.vn because this domain name is not active.

The Editor-in-Chief of Business and Brand magazine is responsible for submitting the License to establish a general electronic information website on the Internet No. 145/GP-TTDT dated October 9, 2012 to the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information before November 25, 2015.

The Chief of Office, Head of the Legal Inspectorate, Head of the Electronic Information Department, Chairman of the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises in Rural Industries of Vietnam and Editor-in-Chief of the Business and Brand magazine are responsible for implementing this Decision.
