Recall of SOFIX Parquet 3 in 1 wooden floor cleaner from Germany

Based on the report of Henkel Vietnam Co., Ltd., on June 6, the Competition Management Department issued a notice on the recall of Henkel's SOFIX Parquet 3 in 1 wooden floor cleaner product with a capacity of 1,000ml. Accordingly, all batches of this product originated from the Federal Republic of Germany.

The reason for the recall is that the product contains certain microorganisms that may affect the health of users with weak immune systems when the product comes into contact with the ears, eyes, mouth or open wounds. The recall period is from May 28, 2013 until the entire product is recalled.

The Competition Authority advises consumers to stop using the product, close the bottle tightly and store it in a safe place until the product is recalled. Retail stores should stop selling and seal all products, and promptly notify the recall agency of the quantity of the product currently in their stores.
