Nationwide recall of Wella hair care products
Wella hair conditioner for dry, damaged hair has been suspended from circulation and recalled nationwide by the Drug Administration of Vietnam (Ministry of Health).
Accordingly, the Drug Administration of Vietnam requested to suspend circulation and recall nationwide the cosmetic product that does not meet regulations, namely Wella Professional Enrich Moisturizing Conditioner For Dry and Damaged Hair Fine/Normal.
This product is imported by Phu Thai Health and Beauty Care Joint Stock Company (No. 192/19 Thai Thinh Street, Lang Ha Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi), with the Cosmetic Product Declaration Receipt Number issued by the Department of Drug Administration 114518/15/CBMP-QLD; date of receipt August 7, 2015. The above product is manufactured by Procter&Gamber Manufacturing Ltd (Thailand).
The reason for recalling this product is that the ingredients listed on the label are not consistent with the published records. The Drug Administration of Vietnam requires Phu Thai Health and Beauty Care Joint Stock Company to send a recall notice to the distributors and users of the above product. At the same time, the company must review the imported and traded products, and only circulate products that meet the regulations.
