To overcome this situation, the People's Committee of Nghe An province has issued many documents (official dispatch No. 5906 dated August 24, 2012, official dispatch No. 7554 dated October 25, 2012 and official dispatch No. 1205 dated March 4, 2013) on immediately ending the illegal leasing of assets.
Following the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, many agencies and administrative units have terminated contracts and revoked the leasing of kiosks that violate state regulations. This serious and timely action by agencies and administrative units has been approved and highly appreciated by the people. However, the progress of demolition and construction of fences to restore the urban landscape in some places is still slow. It is recommended that relevant agencies quickly take action.
