"The President studies the information he receives through the agencies and through phone calls, through his closest aides, he invites ministers, heads of departments and branches to meet, he calls or personally asks direct questions about the situation that he himself has compiled and updated, primarily about internal and international issues. Then comes the public part of the working day," - Mr. Peskov said.
He also noted that President Putin's working day often ends with a series of calls or conducting select meetings with several members participating at the same time.
"Sometimes the planning of the topic entails calls to other ministers, a kind of select meeting that Mr. Putin chairs, on his desk there is a control panel, he can immediately bring several people into a common connection and conduct a brief consultation. This is a normal everyday practice," - said the press secretary of the Russian leader.
