Vinamilk boosts purchase of raw fresh milk

(Baonghean) - In 2014, Vinamilk purchased more than 183 million kg of milk, an increase of 17.12% compared to 2013. In the Northern region alone, Vinamilk purchased nearly 22 million kg of milk (14.7 million kg from farmers), an increase of 50.1% in output and 58.6% in value.
Vinamilk spends 1,500 billion VND to purchase raw fresh milk

(Baonghean.vn) - In the first 9 months of 2013, Vinamilk purchased 115,300 tons of raw fresh milk from farmers in all regions of the country, with a total purchase value of nearly 1,500 billion VND, an increase of about 10% compared to the same period in 2012. Vinamilk's current purchase price of raw fresh milk is about 13,600 VND/liter on average. Raw fresh milk has different purchase prices depending on the preferential development policies of the region.
