In communion with the universal Catholic Church, we rejoice and give thanks for the Mystery of the Incarnation of the Second Person of God, who left a shining example of sacrifice and love for humanity. Following the Lord's example, we have been and are dedicating ourselves to serving others through good deeds and positive contributions to the patriotic emulation movement "Living a good life, living a good religion".
God came into the world to promote humanity. May He guide and help us to always be united, improve morality, constantly develop the economy as well as culture so that life is prosperous and happy, contributing worthily to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland; implementing the teachings of Pope Benedict XVI "A good Catholic is also a good citizen", together looking towards the Year of Faith with many graces of God and celebrating the important events of the country and the Church in 2013.
