(Baonghean.vn) - On May 13, informed sources said that the perpetrator who carried out the stabbing on the evening of May 12 in the center of Paris (France) was in the terrorist surveillance file named "Fiche S" of the French National Security Agency.

This subject is a French citizen, born in 1997 in the Chechen Republic of the Russian Federation and is on the “Fiche S” list - which specializes in managing and monitoring suspects with extremist views that could pose a security threat. However, this subject has no criminal record.
Earlier the same day, speaking to the press, French Interior Minister Gerald Collomb said the injured victims were out of danger.
According to witnesses and Paris prosecutors, the attack occurred at around 9:30 p.m. on May 12 near the crowded Opera Square in central Paris.
The unidentified suspect shouted "Allah Akbar" (God is great) during the attack. After killing a passerby and injuring four others, the perpetrator was shot dead by police./.
