Thu Phuong reminds Mr. Dam about his blind love for My Tam

Three coaches had a fierce argument on the "hot seat" of the Confrontation round of The Voice Vietnam 2015.

The Voice 2015 entered the Confrontation round on the evening of June 14. The 11 contestants from each team were divided into four doubles and triples. In addition to the five contestants selected to continue, the coaches also had the right to "steal" two eliminated contestants from other teams. In this round, the warriors were given costumes and musical advice by the coaches. Last night, the trio of judges Thu Phuong, My Tam and Mr. Dam continued to compete fiercely, attracting the audience.

In the equally matched confrontation between Thuy Linh and Thai Hien, Mr. Dam chose Thuy Linh to continue. Immediately, Thu Phuong pressed the button to "steal" Thai Hien to her team. This is also the contestant that the Hai Phong singer had competed for in the Blind Audition round but was unsuccessful.

Dam Vinh Hung expressed his gratitude to Thu Phuong by promising to continue carrying her suitcase. My Tam immediately expressed her jealousy, saying that she had not received anything from Mr. Dam. In response to this question, he did not hesitate to take the opportunity to express his feelings: "I have carried your shoes for you for 10 years and you refused." Thu Phuong reminded Dam Vinh Hung to reconsider his 10-year-old futile pursuit of My Tam. In response, the male singer said that he still accepted "foolish love". In response to her colleague's infatuation, the female singer of "Chua bao" could only shake her head and say: "Don't sit on a tall tree with shade. Go out and stand in the sun, blame the sky for not being shaded."

When "Brown-haired Nightingale" pretended not to understand what her senior said, Mr. Dam explained: "Thu Phuong said I love you, that's stupid" which made the audience laugh.

In the five confrontations last night, the most innovative and unique performance belonged to My Tam's team. The three contestants Vo Thuong, Van Anh, Linh Trang with three high, middle and low vocal ranges blended together in a mashup of Rain and nostalgia, Rain, Sound of wind, and Night of dreaming of the city. They blended and supported each other in a rhythmic harmony. Their coach calculated and divided the lyrics convincingly.

Mr. Dam commented that this was a smart and bold performance that also brought about an effect to the audience. Thu Phuong agreed with her colleague's opinion. Tuan Hung said that he could not detect any mistakes in the performance because he was too busy enjoying it.

As for My Tam, she assessed that all three of her students' voices were beautiful, knew how to blend together, and brought a special performance that moved the audience. According to the coach, Linh Trang was still a bit nervous, Van Anh successfully overcame doubts about her appearance, and Vo Thuong overcame her stomach pain to give her all on stage. In the end, Van Anh was chosen to continue. This plump girl was also the contestant that My Tam had promised to help become champion in the Blind Audition round.
