Mr. Trinh Van Quyet - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army was promoted to the rank of General.
Lao Deputy Minister of National Defense visits and works at Military Region 4 Command

On July 29, a working delegation from the Lao Ministry of National Defense led by Lieutenant General Sai Chay Kom Ma Xit, Deputy Minister of National Defense of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, visited and worked with the Command of Military Region 4.
