Deputy Minister of Health visits, gives gifts and wishes Tet in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - Deputy Minister of Health Nguyen Thi Lien Huong visited, presented gifts and wished a Happy New Year to the medical staff and workers at the Provincial Center for Disease Control, the Provincial Food Safety and Hygiene Department and the Nghe An Population Department.
On the morning of January 28, a working delegation of the Ministry of Health and the Vietnam Medical Trade Union led by Deputy Minister of Health Nguyen Thi Lien Huong visited, presented gifts and wished a Happy New Year to the medical staff and workers at the Nghe An Provincial Center for Disease Control, the Nghe An Provincial Department of Food Safety and Hygiene and the Nghe An Department of Population.
The delegation included Mr. Pham Thanh Binh - Chairman of the Vietnam Medical Trade Union; leaders of the Department of Preventive Medicine, Department of Medical Environment Management, Department of Population, Department of HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control, and the Central Center for Health Education and Communication.
On the side of Nghe An Health sector, there were comrades: Nguyen Thi Hong Hoa - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Director of the Department of Health; Nguyen Van Thuong - Deputy Director of the Department of Health; Tran Thi Thu Ha - Chairwoman of the Nghe An Health Sector Trade Union.
Visiting and presenting gifts to the Nghe An Provincial Center for Disease Control, the Nghe An Provincial Department of Food Safety and Hygiene, and the Nghe An Department of Population, Deputy Minister of Health Nguyen Thi Lien Huong praised and highly appreciated the silent contributions of civil servants, public employees, and workers of the three units in the cause of protecting and taking care of people's health.
On the occasion of the traditional New Year of Giap Thin 2024, Deputy Minister of Health Nguyen Thi Lien Huong sent New Year greetings and new successes to the units; New Year wishes of health, peace and happiness to civil servants, public employees and workers of the Nghe An Health sector.
Also on this occasion, the working delegation of the Ministry of Health and the Vietnam Health Trade Union also listened to recommendations and proposals from units in implementing tasks of disease prevention and control; ensuring food safety and hygiene and improving population quality and family planning in Nghe An province.
The Deputy Minister of Health has acknowledged and accepted the recommendations and proposals and assigned tasks to the departments, offices and institutes under the Ministry of Health to find solutions to resolve difficulties and problems.
