Prime Minister appoints and approves many senior personnel
In addition to appointing the Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, the Prime Minister also approved many positions in the three provinces of Binh Duong, Long An, and Quang Nam.
The Prime Minister has just decided to appoint Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Hoa, Director of the Legal Department, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment.
In addition, the Prime Minister has just approved the personnel of the People's Committees of the three provinces of Binh Duong, Long An, and Quang Nam for the 2011-2016 term. Specifically, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Duong province for the 2011-2016 term for Mr. Tran Van Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; at the same time, approved the dismissal of the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Duong province for the 2011-2016 term for Mr. Le Thanh Cung, to retire according to the regime.
The Prime Minister also approved the election results of the position of Member of the Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee for the 2011-2016 term for Mr. Vo Duc Thanh, Commander of the Binh Duong Provincial Military Command; at the same time, approved the dismissal of the position of Member of the Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee for the 2011-2016 term for Mr. Van Cong Danh, former Commander of the Binh Duong Provincial Military Command, to take on other work.
In Long An province, the Prime Minister approved the election of Mr. Le Minh Duc, Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee, to the position of Member of the Long An Provincial People's Committee for the 2011-2016 term. At the same time, he approved the dismissal of Mr. Tran Huu Phuoc from the position of Vice Chairman of the Long An Provincial People's Committee for the 2011-2016 term, so that he can retire according to the regime, and approved the dismissal of Mr. Le Thanh Nghiem, former Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee, from the position of Member of the Long An Provincial People's Committee for the 2011-2016 term, so that he can take on a new assignment.
Regarding Quang Nam province, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Member of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee for the 2011-2016 term for Mr. Nguyen Van Loi, Colonel, Director of the Provincial Police; at the same time, approved the dismissal of the position of Member of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee for the 2011-2016 term for Mr. Phan Nhu Thach, Major General, former Director of the Provincial Police, to wait for retirement according to the regime.
