Accordingly, the Ministry of Transport is assigned to direct agencies and units to develop specific plans and take measures to organize transportation to ensure good service for people's travel needs.
Promote the implementation of online ticket sales, improve service quality, and check ticket price posting.
Strictly handle violations in transportation activities such as squeezing, transferring passengers, and illegally increasing ticket prices, to prevent passengers from not being able to celebrate Tet with their families due to lack of vehicles.
